Great value for money! Beds with curtains for privacy and individual reading lights and power outlets. Super central location, close to shops and pubs. The staff were fantastic, very helpful with recommendations. Showers were clean and hot. The hostel itself was stylish and well-maintained. Loved my stay here!

Disliked having to rely on the wifi only working on the ground level. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, a strange combination of spring mattress and inflatable.

I got great value for my money with spacious beds and the added privacy of curtains. The location was perfect, easy to get around and explore the city.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options to choose from.

Loved the central location and convenience. It was perfect for our romantic escape. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we could come and go at any time using the code on the door. We also appreciated the comfortable beds with individual curtains for privacy and the availability of a fan during the day and night, keeping the room cool.

I recently stayed at Mrs Potts for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The hostel was stylish and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The central location made it easy to get around, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel had a great kitchen and living area, and the curtains on the beds provided privacy when sleeping.

We stayed at a hostel in Cardiff and had a great experience. the location was fantastic, just near Cardiff Castle. We enjoyed walking to Cardiff Bay, but later discovered the convenience of the water bus and hop on hop off bus tour. the hostel itself was as expected, with curtain covers on the beds and easily accessible charging ports. the room had enough space for our luggage and the bed was comfortable with a curtain, blanket, and two pillows. the location was perfect, near a supermarket and shopping square. the kitchen and dining room were open 24 hours and the staff was friendly and available around the clock. it was a pleasant stay.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. I appreciated the privacy curtains on each bed, as well as the reading light that allowed me to read before sleep. The hostel also had a 24-hour reception, ensuring someone was always available to help if needed.

Great central location, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist.

had an amazing time at the city centre hotel during the christmas party. exceeded expectations from previous visit. loved the cosy blankets and storage units under the beds. good privacy and super friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city center. The cabin-style beds with privacy curtains and lockers were a great touch. The bathrooms were nice and clean.

I opted for a 4-person female dorm, and I must say, it was cozy and comfy. The beds had full curtains to block out all the light if desired, and there was even storage space underneath. The lovely mint green color added a nice touch.
